ABOUT US
 Ayers Law Firm was founded by Gwyneth Ayers (“Gwyn”), who has been a Boulder County attorney for over 12 years. Since arriving in Colorado in 1994, Gwyn has become a part of Boulder and Longmont communities through her education at CU law school and her work with several Boulder County law firms, attorneys, and clients. Gwyn's legal abilities have been ranked "very high" by the local legal community. As a resident of Longmont, Gwyn donates her time and services to music organizations and animal rescue organizations in Longmont and Boulder.
James E. Ayers (“Jim”), who is "Of Counsel" to the firm, provides his legal expertise from his location in Indiana, where he is President of Wernle, Ristine & Ayers, LPC. Jim’s 45-plus years’ of experience as a litigator and counselor at law have earned him the rating as a preeminent attorney by his peers.
Both attorneys are licensed in the states of Colorado and Indiana, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the 7th Circuit U.S. Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana. Ms. Ayers is also licensed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
