Gwyneth Ayers ("Gwyn"), founder of Ayers Law Firm, P.C., has practiced law in Boulder County, Colorado for twelve years. Gwyn Ayers has broad experience as a general practitioner and is skilled in many areas, including civil litigation (employment, probate, real estate, municipal, and civil rights), business law (business formation, LLCs, corporations, employer-employee issues), wills and trusts, and criminal law (juvenile, misdemeanors, felony appeals). Ms. Ayers has practiced as Alternate Defense Counsel (ADC) since 1998. The firm is supported by Ms. Ayers' father, James E. Ayers, who is "Of Counsel" to the firm from his law practice in Crawfordsville, Indiana (Wernle, Ristine & Ayers, LPC). Mr. Ayers has been a lawyer for over 40 years. Both attorneys are licensed in Indiana, Colorado, the U.S. Supreme Court, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the federal district courts of the Northern and Southern District of Indiana. Ms. Ayers is also licensed in the federal district court of Colorado.
